This process includes jointly developing prospective profiles and a vetting process on the basis of set-criteria, to preparing and refurbishing the property where necessary, arranging and conducting viewings, to preparing and perfecting the legal documentation.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
In Carribean' Realty & Autos role as property manager, we perform such function as negotiating rents, ensuring that tenants comply with the covenants contained in the lease agreements, as well as carrying out other functions that will ensure the maximization and preservation of the client's investment in the property.

We provide access to a wide range of property investment options and help translate the client's investment goals and aspirations within current and future trends in the property market. PORTFOLIO SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT We have a deep understanding of the property market and know what is worth investing in and when. We advise our clients on which property portfolio mix and ownership structure would best suit their investment goals, all the while bearing in mind their personal objectives, lifestyle and legacy issues. Utilizing our knowledge in both property development and marketing, we are able to seek out those investments which may be easily overlooked but which have intrinsically high value, and then advise our clients on the best possible means to extract and hold the value in those assets. Our investment advisory strategy ensures that whilst we are centered on creating profitable investments for our clients, we remain mindful of investment risks to ensure that assets are preserved and value enhanced over the course of the investment.
